Create Project

There are various options for creating a new project. Depending on whether the customer has already been created and / or where you are currently in envivo.

1.1 From the start page: Press the "Create new project" button.

If you are on the start page, simply click on the short button "Create new project" under useful actions.

1.2 From the customer side: Press the "New customer project" button.

If you are on the customer side, simply click on the short button "New customer project" (top right).

Note:  In this way, the customer is already correctly preselected (in step 3).

2. Enter project name

The project name must be entered so that you can create a project. You can use any name for this. Project names can be assigned several times in one license and to one customer.

TIP: A well-chosen project name can significantly simplify the search afterwards!

 

3.Select customers

In this step you have to assign the desired customer for the project. Click on the bar and you will see the saved customer list. An automatic search is also stored in this field. The customer names shown are then reduced to the letter combination entered in the search field.

Once the right customer has been found: simply click on the name.

4.Select template

If your license has several templates, you must select the right one here so that your customer can familiarize himself with the correct layout right from the start.

By choosing a template, you determine the layout in which you present your content. The template also decides on possible different page structures (content), even if the design remains the same.

Note: Your team has at least one template assigned. Depending on the team configuration, up to 99 templates can also be stored.

 

5.Click on "Next"

In the last step you just have to press "Next".

Done! Your project is successfully created.

Now you can do the created project   

  • with content
  • edit in the settings
  • or send directly
