To maintain content in a project, you shoul work directly on the project. We call the system Project Builder. There you can add or change text or files exactly where you want them to.
1. Select the desired project
You can get to the desired project as quickly as possible using the project list or the search field.
2. Edit
Click on Edit content either on the advertised button or via the edit symbol in the top right corner.
This step takes you to our project builder. Here you can customize the content:
2.1 Write to
If you move the mouse over the cover letter, the module is highlighted in blue and the edit symbol appears in the top right of the module.
Click on this symbol. This action makes the text editable in a pop-up window.
Either choose a different text template from the "Contents" menu or write your own text. The sections beginning with "$" are placeholders that pull the content from the project data (e.g. name of the customer or sender). This ensures that you do not have to add additional points to text templates. Text templates can also be supplemented with individual content.
IMPORTANT: Click on SAVE to apply the changes!
2.2. Edit contact person
Move the mouse over the contact person field and click on the edit symbol in the top right of the module.
A pop-up window appears in which you can select the desired contact.

2.3 Add documents
Move the mouse over the document module and click on the edit icon in the top right of the module.
The document management appears.
Here you can add data in two ways:
1.) Click on "My device" so that files on your hard disk can be selected. Several files can be selected at once!
2.) Or you can simply drag and drop files from your data explorer or finder onto the field to automatically upload the desired data.
The checkmark is automatically set. The file is thus visible in the project. If the check mark is deactivated, the file is not visible to the customer and can be activated at a later time.
The data can then still be managed.
That means you can assign headings by pressing the TT button.
If you want to change the structure, you can do this at any time by drag & drop using the list symbol on the left side of the file. To do this, press the list symbol next to the corresponding file with the left mouse button and keep it pressed. Now move the object to the desired position and then release the mouse button.
Files can be deleted at any time by clicking the right menu page.
IMPORTANT: Click on SAVE to apply the changes!
3. Select and deselect pages
If your license allows, pages can optionally be switched on or off for the customer.
It is activated via the "ON / OFF" switch on the right side.
The page is automatically listed in the menu or set invisible.
Please note that saved or deleted content is not restored!
