Add content to the envivo template

The content of each page can be edited individually, click on '+' and select the appropriate element for your content.

A pop-up window opens, select the appropriate element for your content.

Added content can always be changed using the edit function (pencil icon).

You can choose from the following items:

Heading

In order to structure the content, headings can be incorporated for structuring

The text can be edited at any time using the pencil icon and the order can be changed using the directional arrows.

Text

Add text with formatting options such as bold, italics or lists etc.

You can also add individual modules to your text:

• Variables, for example, the personal address of the customer (a placeholder appears in the template, which is then replaced using the customer data)
• Links to external websites
• Links within your Envivo page

File

You can use the "File" content to select files for your customer, such as an offer, when creating the individual project.

Image

You can use the "File" content to select files for your customer, to visually support your content or message.

Editable Project Content

You can use the editable project content as a placeholder to fill it with individual information about the respective project in the project builder.

Video / Embedded Video

Video allows you to deliver emotional content to your customers. This is played directly in the embedded video player on your envivo page. You can use the embedded video to link to a YouTube or Vimeo video.

Upload / Messenger

Both Upload and Messenger allow your customers to get in touch with you directly. Upload allows the customer to upload documents (e.g. signed contracts). The Messenger offers the unique possibility of chatting to get in touch with you quickly and directly.

Text Template

Choose from a previously defined text template.

File List

You can select files from your library.

Teammember / Contact

The Business Card allows you to insert contacts that you have already saved. Your customer will see their contact person with a picture and can contact them or save their details as a business card.

Countdown

You can set a countdown to highlight a specific time or deadline.

Calendly

Easily schedule and book appointments by integrating with Calendly.
