The content of each individual page can be edited individually, click on "Add content" and choose the appropriate element for your content.

Added content can always be changed using the edit function (pencil icon).

The following slides illustrate the elements with examples.

1. Highlighted heading with text

In order to structure a text, headings can be incorporated for structuring

The text can be adjusted at any time using the "pen symbol", as can the arrangement using the directional arrows.

You can add individual modules to your text:

Variables, for example, the personal address of the customer (a placeholder appears in the template, which is then replaced using the customer data)
Links to external websites
Links within your Envivo page

2. File with preview image

You can use the "File with preview image" content to select files for your customer, such as an offer, when creating the individual project.

4. Editable Project Content

You can use the editable project content as a placeholder to fill it with individual information about the respective project in the project builder.

5. Video / Embedded Video

With the help of videos you can convey emotional content to your customers. This is played directly in the embedded video player on your envivo page. With the help of the embedded video you can link to a YouTube or Vimeo video.

6. Upload / Messenger

Der Upload sowie auch der Messenger bietet ihren Kunden die Möglichkeit in direkten Kontakt mit ihnen zu treten. Mit Hilfe des Uploads kann der Kunde Dokumente hochladen, um ihnen diese direkt (z.B. unterzeichnete Vertragsdokumente) zukommen zu lassen. Der Messenger bietet die einzigartige Möglichkeit des Chats um schnellen direkten Kontakt mit ihnen aufzunehmen.

The upload as well as the messenger offers your customers the opportunity to get in direct contact with you. With the help of the upload, the customer can upload documents (e.g. signed contract documents). The messenger offers the unique possibility of a chat to establish quick direct contact with you.

9. Teammember

With the help of the Business Card, you can insert contacts that have already been saved. So your customer sees his contact person with a picture and can contact him or save the data as a business card.
