If e-mail notifications are not received, your IT support can trust envivo as the sender.
In principle, you have the option of deactivating notifications for customers and projects. This is described in the article on notifications.
If envivo e-mails are not delivered to the inbox or end up in spam, you can ask your IT support to trust the following senders:
