Customer notifications

You can subscribe to notifications of all activity for a specific customer.

If you would like to receive notifications about a specific customer's activity, you can select this in the customer's detailed view.

This means that you will be notified when, for example, the customer calls up the envivo project or downloads a file.

Notifications are displayed via the bell icon in the top right corner or sent as a summary by email.

You can subscribe to notifications for your own clients or for a colleague's clients (e.g. when they are on holiday).
