Customer notifications

You can subscribe to notifications about all activities of a particular customer.

If you want to receive notifications about the activities of a specific customer, you can select this in the detailed view of a customer.

This means that you will be notified when, for example, the customer calls for the envivo project or downloads a file.

Notifications are displayed via the bell symbol at the top right, or sent as a summary by email.

You can subscribe to notifications for your own customers or for customers of a colleague (for example in the case of a vacation).
